Code of Ethics
Sunny Road Art Therapy adheres to the Code of Ethics as supplied by the association of Holistic Therapists Australia (HTA).

Confidentiality
All communications and records pertaining to the Client’s care will be treated as confidential.
No disclosure of information will be made without The Client’s expressed or implied permission, except where Sunny Road Art Therapy has a legal or ethical obligation to do so.

Professional Development
For the purposes of continual professional development, Sunny Road Art Therapy may submit written or verbal material of some sessions for evaluation by a professional supervisor or professional peer. The Client’s identity will be disguised in any such written or verbal material.

Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable and the full fee will apply in the event of a cancellation. Appointments can be rescheduled in special circumstances, if given 24 h notice.

Fees
Fees for a session are to be paid at the time of the booking.
